PuttCoach ("we", "our", "the app") is a putting practice tracker for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address (for email sign-in) or basic profile information provided by Apple or Google (for Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In), such as your name and email, as permitted by those services.
Practice data. Putts you log (make/miss, distance, direction), practice sessions, drills completed, goals, and achievements. This data is yours — it's used only to power the app's own features (stats, trends, routines).
Leaderboard display name. If you use Course Leaderboards (a PuttCoach Pro feature), you choose a display name that other PuttCoach users may see alongside your leaderboard entries. We reformat other users' names for privacy before displaying them to you (e.g. "First L.").
Purchase information. If you subscribe to PuttCoach Pro, our payment processor (Apple, via RevenueCat) handles your payment details — we never see or store your card information. We receive subscription status (active/inactive, product purchased) to unlock Pro features.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers above, solely to provide app functionality, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that function.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we will process your request within 30 days.
PuttCoach is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
